十和田湖畔には居酒屋や食堂もありますが、ロビーに缶詰、瓶詰、レトルト食品、カップ麺、スパゲティ、おつまみ等の乾物や袋菓子など、冷蔵庫にぐび生、ワンカップのお酒などすべて１点２００円にて販売しております。ライスやパンもあり、お味噌汁付でどんぶり１杯１５０円にて夕食やお昼に対応しております。全室エアコン完備となっております。 お部屋にバス・トイレはありません。館内は、ＷｉＦｉ無料。シャワー室、シャワートイレ。ロビーに無料のインターネットパソコンもあり、無線ランを設置しております１階と２階にそれぞれ無料のお客様用キッチンもあり、冷蔵庫や調理器具、調味料なども揃えております。無料駐車場のほか、無料貸し自転車２０台を揃えてお待ち申し上げます。 裏庭は広大な芝生となっており、自由な憩いの時間をお過ごしいただけます。有料で貸コンロなど野外バーベキューも可能です。斜め向いにはコンビニ風のきむら商店もあり肉、野菜、パン、牛乳、お菓子、缶詰、日用品も揃っており朝から夜９時までオープンしており、だいたいの物は調達可能で御座います。また、近所の食堂、いわふきさんも夕方まで営業しており、ラーメンなど麺類やどんぶり物、ひめます定食なども御座います。また、当館のシャワーで満足できない方には、お隣の大型旅館の露天風呂付き大浴場に５００円で入浴可能です。１５０坪ある裏庭はテントサイトとして、お一人様１０００円でテント泊も可能で、お食事や、館内の設備をお使いいただけます。どうぞ十和田湖初のバックパッカー向けの宿泊施設としてオープンした当館を宜しくお願い申し上げます。
